c.coronary microvessel dilation

REASON- when coronary vasodilators are used normally blood get distributed evenly .but if narrowing of a coronary vessel present then blood gets distributed more towards the normal vessels of heart stealing blood away from narrowed coronary vessel (as it was already maximally dilated to compensate for the decreased blood supply)

commonly seen with dipyridamolea and hydralazine.
