Unhappy exam in 45 days

My exam is in 45 days. I have done one reading of Goljan RR path, Kaplan physio and biochem, BRS behavioral science, HY gross anatomy, HY embryology, HY neuroanatomy, and Katzung pharma review. I have read FA once. Revised about 50% of it. I have also done around 55% of UWorld. My average score is around 60%.
I used to get 33-35 per block correct but now its dropped down to 25-27 in the last 5 or 6 tests. I am a bit worried.
I cannot postpone my exam due to personal reasons. What should I do?
I am worried like hell. I want/need a 245 plus score. (I'm an IMG) :sorry:
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

the most imp difference in AMG and IMG is we are scared as hell. don't be. there is no need to be. i m also img and exam same time as you. this exam is hard but the amount of work u've done is good. the exam is not to fail everyone no professional exam is like that.

most exam takers have said FA and UW is enough for 235+
and forget about uw score anything above 55% is good .

most qs straight from FA. I ended up 60% in UW but got low score is NBME 6 (390/195 on 4th Dec) u know why i forget simple facts from FA. So now I am focusing on FA and doing USMLERx for some days.

what i mean is do not get scared coz we do not have time for getting scared u still have uworld half left that's lots of knowledge u can gain.

and pls pls do not care about uw scores my friend got 53% uw (then she did uw again) and ended up getting 245 but she learned the crap of FA and uw. coz that's what we need
