Question Glucagon and cAMP increase!

hi, any feedback will be helpful
in First Aid on pg 98 on the bottom it says
fasting state: inc glucagon to inc camp to inc prt kinase A.
my questions is this
inc in glucagon is a2/gi receptor but inc in camp is gs coupled.
what am i missing
it is also the same concept for the fed state: inc insulin dec camp but inc insulin is b2/gs but dec camp is gi.
if anyone can tell me what point am i missing
thank you so much
