Default 35 yr old man,illegal immigrant

35 yr old man,illegal immigrant ,recently diagnosed with TB. He pleads not to disclose diagnosis to anyone as he fears he will be deported. What is the best course of action?

a. do not report the case and insist he wear a mask all time.
b. do not report the case as long as he agrees to isolate himself
c. do not report the case as it is confidential
d.do not report the case but begin contacting the family to screen for TB
e.report case to health dept but assure no one else will be notified
f.report d case to health dept so that contacts at risk can be traced
g.report the case to immigration dept

I will go with e. Report the case to the health dept. as TB is one of the communicable disease

F coz TB can spread through aerosal so report to d department plus trace contacts with risk.

so that contacts are also tested plus given prophylactic drugs.
