What is Percentage saturation of iron and what determines it . . ?

Transferrin transports iron in blood.

%saturations means percentage of transferrin bound by iron.normally 33% transferrin bound by iron.

iron deficiency anemia % sat decrease coz less % of transferrin bound by iron.
