what is the difference between absolute risk and relative risk reduction and absolute risk reduction??

This Qs solution is a long discussion.but there is a very good course by uworld its called uworld biostatistics and epidemiology for 25 $ for 90 days.

i have not done (dont have time for it ) but i heard its good reviews for the course.

it has like 60Qs(not sure) and very nice solutions by uworld authors.survey well before buying coz i have not taken it.
