in myasthenics drugs to be avoided
beta blockers,class 1 antiarrythmics,quinolones,aminoglycosides

wats reason behind tat??

All I know is that they can worsen the symptoms of MG but if you are looking mechanism then sorry I have no idea (also not sure if anyone else knows). In practice though, any drug introduced to a MG patient should be closely monitored for worsening of the condition.

Default I know just abt aminoglycosides..

Aminoglycosides reduce acetylcholine release from the motor nerve endings. They interfere with the mobilization of centrally located synaptic vesicles to fuse with the terminal membrane as well as decrease the sensitivity of the muscle end plates to AcH. Hence they cause weakness and exacerbate it in myaesthenia.
Rest of the drugs no idea doxo......
