Help Going over Qbanks taking forever!!

Alright, I'm probably in the middle of my prep period and have started doing plenty of Q's but what I lack is pace when going over the blocks. I seem to want to go over both correct and incorrect in super depth and still use textbooks and review books for reference for each and every explanation...guess it's part of my OCD personality... u get the idea... it's taking forever!!

has anyone mastered or perfected this task down to a science? I want to cover as many Q's a day and fill in the gaps in my KB... efficiently and a tad bit faster if possible

pls advice! :sorry:

-I think you are doing fine. I am not the perfect person to guide you right now but I think that doing 70-100 Question a day is possible without writing anything on FA and consulting the Books. If you want to consult something, just consult FA. Memorize the Points and move on.

-Complete a subject from Kaplan/BRS, do its FA and then Do Qbank(UWORLD). Speed doesn't matter. You should do everything in Depth, mark the wrong questions, move on and in 3rd read just revise all the wrong questions. Good luck!

You should be able to pick up faster pace with time because the topics will be repeated the more you do questions the more they are repeated.

Of course for repeated questions you won't be looking up textbooks and references.

Patho, I say I'm in the middle because I've just come out of a Kaplan 7wk prep course and Im doing both Kaplan and UW.... I have about 8 weeks under my belt!

I've heard some people annotate FA and some take notes in a different notebook, I do the former and I try to read up some on the textbook so i get the big picture... i wonder if I should switch the latter method.. idk!
