This tumor is a slow-growing malignancy of minor salivary glands that tends to infiltrate perineural spaces and cause pain. It may also cause late metastasis. This is the characteristics of .

Mucoepidermoid tumor
localized to parotid gland

Adenoid cystic carcinoma
slow, growing malignancey localized to minor salivary gland with late metastases
tends to infiltrate perineural spaces and causes pain
histologically variable but often presents as cribiform pattern with masses of small dark-staining cells around cystic spaces

Oncocytoma
benign tumor localized to parotid gland with peak occurrence in the elderly

Pleomorphic adenoma
Pleomorphic adenomas (benign mixed tumors) are the most common tumors of the salivary gland and are most often located in the tail of the parotid gland.

Warthin tumor (ie, papillary cystadenoma lymphomatosum, cystic papillary adenoma, adenolymphoma)
it is a smooth, soft, parotid mass. It is well encapsulated when located in the parotid gland and contains multiple cysts.
Malignant transformation has not been observed. All patients with this tumor survive,

Oxyphil adenoma (oncocytoma)
benign tumor localized to parotid gland with peak occurrence in the elderly,They rarely, if ever, occur in the minor salivary glands
