Question Colon Polyps + Osteoma

The following figure is from colon of a patient with osteomas of the skull and epidermal inclusion cysts.

What is the most likely diagnosis?

A) Turcot syndrome
B) MEN type II syndrome
C) Gardner syndrome
D) Peutz-Jeghers syndrome
E) Kreukenberg syndrome

gardner syndrome
An autosomal dominant disease featuring multiple colonic polyposis with malignant tendency, subcutaneous fibromata and lipomata, exostoses and osteomas of the skull and facial bones, and epidermal inclusion cysts (Medline Thesaurus).

Other extraintestinal malformations of Gardner' syndrome include dental abnormalities, such as odontomas, dentiginous cysts, and supernumerary teeth .
Hiperpigmentation of the retinal epitelium was reported in patients with Gardner ' disease. This syndrome has also been associated with carcinoma of the pancreas and the ampulla ofVater, in addiction to hepatoblastoma.
