Congo red staining_________Amyloidosis
Light microscopy using polarized light_______for diseases such as Amyloidosis
Electron microscopy________is used for diagnosis of many nephrotic and nephritic syndromes.
Crystal violet staining_________a histological stain and in Gram's method of classifying bacteria
Thioflavin T staining________ is used in the staining of tissue to show primary and secondary amyloid deposits. In the presence of amyloid fibrils, there is a bright fluorescence.
Silver methenamine__________In membranous glomerulonephritis staining with silver methenamine demonstrates irregular spikes protruding from glomerular basement membrane.
