definately not H---- EOSINOPHILIC.. is not the same as EOSINOPHIL containing casts...

this is emphasized multiple times in uworld.. fell for it 2-3 times before

I agree with ya, it's D(thyrodization of the kidney)
drug induced interstitial nephritis will produce eosinophilia and eosinophiluria.plus fibrosis is not a process for acute conditions.
