Kidney Adult polycystic kidney disease

Which of the following is not correct regarding the adult polycystic kidney disease?
A) The disease is autosomal dominant disease.
B) The disease is associated with berry aneurysms in the brain.
C) Secondary polycythemia is present.
D) The disease occurs unilaterally.
E) It manifests clinically between 15 and 30 years of age.

D) The disease occurs unilaterally.

the only cystic renal disease that occurs unilaterally is ummm renal dysplasia or something like that (the one with cartilage, most common cystic disease in children).

Ans D ....... PCKD may lead to polycythemia , dont know why but found this

about the cause of polycythemia..i think there is pathological increase of erythropoietin in kidney diseases..
