Default do i have to inform prometric..?

hi thr...gt a query..as i m unable to appear in the test and my extended eligibility period is also ending so vl have to submit a new application..bt do i have to inform prometric centre tht i m unable to appear or just let the date pass without informing..??

If you booked a date with the prometric you will have to cancel it SEPARATELY via logging into the prometric site. Requesting an eligibility extension DOES NOT automatically cancel your appointment with the prometric.

you don't HAVE to. but it's better to call and cancel to give the chance to someone else who may want your date
