Microscope Breast tumor pathology

The following slide is pathologic finding from a large, bulky, fast growing breast mass. In the pathology, there are cystic spaces, containing leaf-like projections from the cyst walls, and myxoid contents.

What is the most likely diagnosis?
A) Fibroadenoma
B) Intraductual papilloma
C) Fibrocystic breast disease
D) Phyllodes tumor
E) Medullary carcinoma
F) Inflammatory carcinoma
