Stethoscope Skipping Heart Sounds in the exam!

hi
how , in cases that there is no clear clue to the type of murmur , how to reach diagnosis, as it is hard to differentiate heart sound now so how to do that during the exam , is there any way to escape listening to heart sound or trick to solve such questions??

to be honest, 40% of the questions i solved were via the stem itself, 10% via the heart sound which is mostly i got lucky, and then 50% i just mute the sound and pray to God my choice is right

just squeeze every info from the question stem and pray u r doing it right :sorry:
