Question testesterone and breast CA

in FA it says that testesterone is used to treat ER positive breast CA ??how is that while it is converted to estrogen , that worsen breeast CA right??

according to me , exogenous testosterone decreases LH thus reduces endogenous androgen production and gonadal atrophy leads to decrease in estrogen and hence helpful in estrogen sensitive breast ca ...........
