Question A Mass moving with swallowing and tongue movement

A 12 year old girl presented to the pediatrician because of a soreness in her neck. On examination the girl had normal temperature and all other vitals were normal. Examination of the neck revealed a mass just above the thyroid notch that moved when the girl asked to swallow and stick her tongue out. The tract that is associated with this mass is stretching between which of the following to anatomic structures?

A- Left lobe of the thyroid and tonsillar fossa
B- Right lobe of the thyroid and epiglottis
C- Right lobe of the thyroid and hyoid bone
D- Thyroid isthmus and foramen cecum
E- Thyroid isthmus and posterior pharyngeal wall
