Zygote Neural Tube Defects and Closure of Neuropores!

May be it is little strange embryological questions but as neural tube defect due to failure of closure of neuropores (posterior and anterior)

Does the neuropores present only in the beginning and end of neurat tube or at the level of all vertebrae??
I ma a little confused

The neural plate folds to give rise to the neural tube, which is open at both ends at the anterior and posterior neuropores.
At the level of future vertebrae the somites are formed.

So they present only ''in the beginning and end of neural tube'' as you say.
