Well, you have 2 options:
- give up the journey to practice medicine in the US
- or, start over.

Don't make a rushed decision, think about it.
If you decide to continue, you need to understand, where was the problem with your preparation. Studying for this test is hard, but not impossible.

Remember that it's about a quality rather then quantity of the study time.
Identify your weaknesses. If you're done with UWorld, start another question bank - Kaplan or Rx are good choices.

You haven't said how you studied. Did you watch kaplan videos? Read kaplan lecture notes? Live lectures? Or Qbank? Did you go through first aid? Have you done any NBMEs? What were your scores in UWorld?

Kaplan videos are good, but might be too detailed. Go to their website and check their prep options. I don't know if they are essential, but reading through these forums, I wouldn't say that they are.

Okay, this is not unused/timed/random. I don't want to be mean or anything, it's just an observation.
Take an NBME. Do it ONLINE. You invested 4 years of your life to study for this exam, paid a lot of money for the application, you can afford to buy a test for 50$.
Start working on your weak areas. First aid has a lot of the info necessary to pass the exam.

The newer the better. Do either 17 or 15.

ECFMG publishes a booklet with all the neccessary information. Please, try to use it as your primary source. These forums are here to help you, but using google (or just searching this forum to look if the question you want to ask hasn't been asked before) might not be a bad idea.
