Help NBME form 3 doubts...

NBME Form 3 Block 3


Q 17. The P50 is defined as the partial pressure of oxygen.....
Q33. A 30 year old man develops cold cyanotic fingers whil walking his dog on a cold night......
Q39. After eating, a 40 year old woman has a vague feeling of discomfort in the right upper quadrant...
Q49. As a part of a study to determine factors influencing mortality in an intensive care unit.....




I need the correct answer with explanation please.. Anyone?

Q 17.c do it by exclusion from the answers choices
Q33.c i checked the key answers
Q39c decrease ratio of cholesterol to bile acids
Q49. b the tail is on the lt negative skew

Q33.c i checked the key answers but i chose decrease in parasymathetic so you have to check more
