I would pick C.

In obstruction, AST and ALT could be slightly raised.

I'm guessing C is an enzyme in Albumin production which should be normal in obstructive jaundice.

The answer is:
C In obstructive liver disease, unlike parenchymal liver disease, the albumin level remains normal. Unlike albumin, the AST, alkaline phosphatase, prothrombin time, and GGT all increase slightly or significantly in obstructive liver disease. Of these enzymes, 5'-nucleotidase increases more in obstructive liver disease than in parenchymal liver disease.
