Default Hypersensitivity

I dont understand why s hematobium is type 2. The explanation in goljan does make sense and i agree with the mechanism being type 2 but i dont understand why not 1? As there was a question in kaplan about wucherira bancrofti being type 1 .. Because of the releasenof basiphils and mast cells but in this case its not.

Is it because one is a nematode and s hematobium is a trematode?

Please help im confused
