Goljan Goljan Rapid Review is a big textbook!

hi every one ...
i read there is many ppl here in this forum recommend this book (Goljan rapid review for pathology ) and i bought it 2 days ago , but i think it not a RAPID REVIEW it's a text book ( 638 pages ) ..
i have also the goljan note and audio ...
what should i do ?? should i read them all (book + note + audio)??
