Default exam experience usmle step 1 (1st sep)

hi everyone,

ive never posted in this forum before, but ive been reading off and on and it has been very helpful.
so i took the exam on 1st of sep and i came out of the exam happy.
i felt most of the questions i had seen before, the exam seemed easy to me.
there were around 4-5 questions per block which i thought were out of the blue, but thats it, the rest were doable, may b another 3-4 which i could answer by ruling out.
i was happy that my exam went well, but after reading that people who feel good do poorly and people who feel really bad do awesome, i m scared!!
i really want a good score!
anyone else who felt good after the exam ?

I had many questions on incontinence I m presuming they thought that was anat
Also got a lot of nerve injuries
Anat wasn't difficult, I think FA is enough for it

Like most of the people in india I started studying in January after my final prof results came out
From jan to April I did all Kaplan videos and notes and also goljan rapid review with audios, also did Kaplan qbank with each subject and in the end some random blocks
In May I did FA
I started UW in June finished it by the beginning of July
Did UWSA got 254
Read FA again (which had all my notes from UW) got 256
Did nbme 15 256
Then I did UW wrong and marked q again also did first aid QnA and Kaplan qbook
Nbme 16 256
Nbme 17 256
Then Took the exam on 1st of sep
