Search Changes To Step 1 Content 2015-16

I was checking the Usmle website today and I have noticed that they have posted a pdf file in April for upcoming changes for the step 1 Usmle and it states that :

In 2015, examinees will see an increased focus on quality improvement principles and safety science.

Does anybody know what does that mean ? Your feedback is highly appreciated.
