Default DSM V changes where to study from ?? help !

I have got this pdf from somewhere . It says highlights of changes in DSM V .
But it is kinda complex. There is also a youtube video of stephen dougharty about the changes. Then there is first Aid which says the changes are included.

Can someone please suggest how to consolidate the resources regarding DSM V?

Can we just do first with that youtube video and solve questions?

Healthy Suggestions please from those who have solved the questions and realized which changes are important.

Thanks in advance.
