If it's your first qbank, it's understandable. 50-60s is normal. However, I understand your concern since your exam is on April.

I suggest you do it per subject and per topic. Read the explanations fully. Refer back to KLN (or your notes if you already did revisions) and review them as you finish each subject. It would be like uworld + 2nd reading. If it's taking too much of your time, revise only the questions that you get wrong.

Identify subjects you are weak in and work on them.

Classify your subjects into for example:
1. Lacks foundation
2. Needs emphasis on recall
3. Just needs polishing

Then, allocate your time accordingly.

This is just my opinion. I hope other people will also give their views so you can lay-out a plan that works well for you. Good luck!

If you haven't started first aid then its not a bad score.

most AMGs already have read first aid more than a couple of times before attempting uworld so they get 60+.

we img underestimate the book first aid .begin first aid ASAP and u will see improvement in uworld scores .

take uworld as a learning tool.read whole explanation ,leave nothing .uworld is gold.keep opening first aid while reviewing uworld blocks,so that u get engaged in your study.

pls have a big heart while preparing for step 1 ,these things keep happening .everybody starts with low score ,one may even get low nbme scores (initially) .but the person who keep learning through months and months of long prep will emerge brighter ,stronger and a winner .

Gluck

Default don't panic, its always hard at the beginning...

if you use UW for assessment only, then turn to FA+ KLN.
But if you don't have time or have done KLN thoroughly once, just cont doing Qs and annotate into FA or a different notebook. After a while you get used to all the anxiety, stress, the way the question is put, your performance will increase after several blocks because many topics are repeated.
Even if you don't get the desired score, you should still be happy because you have enough time to do it the second time and you won't make those mistakes in the real exam.
Don't underestimate the effort made to finish a block and review it, understanding concepts and applying that to solve Qs are both hard...but just keep up, we are on the same boat.
Hope it helps.
