just relax my exam is also 49 days away..have u done uworld qbank??whats ur score..am doing it now after a read of fa and started poorly with around 50% but now it has steadily picked up to 63%..done 6 blocks only on random timed mode....hope to improve..just jot down those uworld every answer and things on fa..and well they are valuable..then go through fa with those things jotted down..u will feel gud..uworld is a tough qbank..u know plus i am using it as a learning tool..NBME s are there to assess me..

Smile dont worry

Dont worry dude, just keep studying and do uworld asap, if you have some time also do the following.

Write uworld explanations in your first aid and for the really hard as f....k questions write a note in the uworld bank, as it later allows you to print your notes with the question ID, so you can review like a champ!

are these questions done in the random, unused, timed mode?

also, the real exam is in the same format as uworld and the questions from the qbank should prepare you mentally for the test.

also, 40 days is ample time, try to take another NBME test and make sure you are getting around 210 before you enter the exam center, because 201 is close to the passing score and you don't want to risk failing the exam.

if you have trouble again post NBME test, try doing the Doctors in Training course, which should increase your score and confidence.
