1- when I can re-apply , i have tried to fill aa new application through my IWA account and a message appeared that they detected that I am already an applicant for step1...botom line ,when can I fill a new online application ...after my eligibility period ends , or 15 days after my last booked exame date?

My best advice is to talk to a representative to guide you through the right path ,if you're still on the deadline period you can't reapply yet, about papers once you have your credentials submitted to them you'll just have to renew your permit to take the exam.

you have to wait 4 weeks from the end of your eligibility period then reapply again, then wait another 3 weeks for application to be processed.

good luck!

yes - I can confirm that - the waiting time is at least 4 months until you can re-apply
