That is all I did for Immuno and Micro.

Read the FA chapters a few times and then quickly followed up with Kaplan QBank and UW to solidify the concepts.

I didn't even bother looking at Kaplan, too long and too much unnecessary detail.

I hated immuno too before. There's a review book that I've seen recommended by those who aced their exams: Review of Medical Microbiology and Immunology by Levinson. It can be an option for those who can't really stand KLN. I got the book and it looks good. I'm going to use it in my 2nd revision (there are immuno questions at the end of the book).

I get frustrated during my first read of KLN immuno. But I finally decided that I have to get over my frustration and master immuno because I don't want it to be one of those "small" subjects that will pull down my nbme scores. I don't want it to be a problem in the last days of my prep.

I basically used the same material, KLN + KLN videos, but used it more effectively. I watched the videos. I summarized the content of the book and I made flashcards.

Uworld immuno is TONS easier if you revise KLN right. If you just go straight on uworld, you might find uworld immuno very difficult. Note-taking will be very hard then.

That's just my opinion. If you already have a solid background on immuno back in medschool, then, FA + uworld may already be enough. =)
