Default Step 1 and UWorld Changes

From my understanding the step 1 has 44 questions per block now as opposed to 46. Has anything else changed?

It seems that many of the questions are new and recently updated in Uworld, the stems seem much shorter and there's alot of new material from years past. Anyone have any knowledge in regards to this? From what I heard the stems on the real exam are very long.

Thanks for the help!

I sat for step 1 last month and indeed the questions stems on the real deal are very long. Some are as long as those on Uworld, and others are even longer.

In comparison, the questions on NBME seem extremely short.
