Unhappy Start new subject forget the previous subject!

.......i have been so tense lately..wen i start doing one subject after finishing the other one...i forget somewhat wat was in the previous...is that normal...my exam is in april...pz ans huys

really...the same thing is happening to me too...i am just starting to forget everything...feeling so blank sumtimes..mine is also on 2nd april..now really scared and really sweating hard for this

just have confidence in ur practice and u will be good. once u lose that then u lose the facts.

same here...

insomnia has also set in for me
hardly i get around 6hrs of sleep

tryin my best not to resort to anxiolytics...

Same here but tachycardia is killing me and abd. Cramps too mine is on 26 march enshalla

seriously??? The opposite thing happens to me, when I am stressed more, I sleep more, like my problem is hypersomnia, I don't know how to have enough hours to read, my exam is in April, too.
Any help would be appreciated. I mean it.

me too I forget alot and dont know how to assess my self , some topics I know well but when I reread it again I cant go fast through it and that takes me long time , I dont know why ???

I have been thinking about this the last two days... I already forgot the courses I studied...
I didn't add my notes to FA for some of the subjects when I did kaplan first time.. So I am going to take bit of time everyday at night to go over a chapter or two and add those notes... That way it will kinda help me keep those chapters.. And when I am done with them I can refresh my memory by going through FA over and over... Hopefully it works...
Also I am planning on doing some questions everyday...
