Kaplan Medical KLN'12 versus KLN'10

I am using KLN 2010, but I am afraid I am missing a lot of updates.
Is it necessary to buy the 2012 version or it is OK to keep the 2010 KLN?
Anyone who has been using the 2012 LN give me some advice please
Any input is greatly appreciated.
