Default Remembered nbme questions....anyone know the answers?

1. Patient has Aortic dissection. Question asks what happens to
Cardiac Index, RA pressure, Right diastolic pressure and SVR? You had to choose either increase or decrease for all these variables.


2. Question about Karyotyping. 46XY in 15 cells and 47XY+ in 27 cells. Amniotic fluid was 46 XY in most cells. Why is there a discrepency?
a. Pseudomosaicism
b. Wrong sample
c. Lab error
d. other choices i dont rememeber


3. Wilsons disease. What is the treatment?
a. intramuscular penicillamine
b. ferrous salts oral
c. EDTA oral

-I know its "oral" penicillamine but this said "intramuscular". Also, EDTA is also used but I don't think it is oral, but not sure??

Hi fibrosis
I have an answer for the first question which may be right
I will consider aortic dissection as a decrease in circulating blood volume (in the wall of aorta) so the consequences will be increase in cardiac index(COP/surface area)
Decrease in RA pressure
Increase in SVR and in diastolic pressure
