Default What is the most likely cause of autopsy findings?

A 63 yo Male dies 4 days after RTA. He had injuries at multiple sites including a fracture of his long bone. Autopsy shows petechiae in cerebral white matter of his brain. What is the most likely cause of these autopsy findings?
