Default "This too shall pass, just like a kidney stone"

hello everybody
read that quote this morning.. made me laugh, and reminded me of myself now while preparing for step1

the self administered pep-talk "it will be ok" then realize it'll be like the passing of a kidney stone :P
this well-known video by many... always does the trick and gets that engine inside running again

have a great everybody, good luck to everybody preparing for any step
