Help Peri or Epineurium?

Question In USMLE CONSULT asks: 27 y old man, ulnar nerve is severed and must be sutured together to regenerate the nerve. Which structure will most likey be sutured?

USMLECONSULT Answer - "Epineurium: The epineurium is the continuation of the dura mater along peripheral nerves and as such is relatively easy to access for microsurgical repair..... After the epineurium of the two cut ends are aligned and sutured, other nerve constituents (e.g., axons and myelin) will regenerate"

First Aid 2010 Pg 393 says: " Perineurium- .... must be rejoined in microsurgery for limb reattachment"

Am i mixing up concepts or are these 2 statements infact contradictory of each other? Thanks for any help!
