Default risk of cancer

i think it was melanoma or sq c.c. not sure anyways
which has higher risk of transforming into malignancy..
Tripolar mitotic figure or Irregular contour of epidermo-dermal border?

i picked Tripolar mitotic figure because it predicts anaplasia..
isnt epidermo-dermal junction always irregular??
