Hey guys , I was watching a documentary about morbidly obese people and I was wondering: What stops a surgeon from removing , say 80% of their fat , so they have a much easier time dieting?? Now I know that there are psychological reasons that they dont do this , but I am asking about the physiology behind it ?? ( e.g Cardiac output/resistance problems / fluid loss??/ etc...

Thanks a lot
