best embryo book for usmle that is not over 300 pages...

just read kaplan, and after that read FA and annotate what's missing then UW will pretty much add the final touches. Key is too understand with kaplan, memorize with FA, and add extra clues with UW.

That has worked with me so far, when answering q's in UW, but haven't taken the exam yet.

Kaplan is enough definietly. after kaplan i've done UW and got 87% wright.
It covers whole embryo needed for Boards.

Nice score beka-CTS. Did you watch the videos for embryology, histology, and gross anatomy? If so, how did you score on Gross Anatomy?

yea by the way i think ANATOMY is way under-covered.

Actually I've done embryology first.
So I only watched and read embryology part of Kaplan Vids and Notes. after doing this I read FA embryo section.
There were only 44 Question in Embryology.
I strongly suggest to use http://simbryo.stanford.edu/, this is Animated embryology, so it clarifies many Non-imaginable Concepts.

Check High Yield Embryology. The book is concise, and integrates concept from other subjects, exactly the book you need for the Step 1.
