Default Aced the uworld but exam day was an exceptionally off-day. What are my chances?

So I just gave my step 1 today and spent the whole day feeling down afterwards. I had a uworld average of 87% and UWSA 1 and 2 scores of 265. However in the actual test I felt pressed for time and barely finished 2 minutes before time so didn't have time to go over my marked questions like I did while doing uworld. I marked about 8 questions per block on average, worst case was a block where I marked 14. My real issue was time management which made me rush through some questions towards the end so I didn't end up feeling confident of my answers and some of the marked questions I did have a chance to go over I found them to be wrong due to silly errors. Those I corrected of course but this has made me anxious about all those questions I didn't have a chance to go over. I don't know if I'm over or underestimating but I feel like I might have gotten 10 wrong in each block. I mean I hope not. But I can be a very type A obsessive person who lives in worst case scenario world.

Long story short and pointless rant conclusion: I don't think I did as well as I was hoping to do in the exam with my prep level. I was aiming for a 250+ but I think after my exam I might be in the 230 range (or maybe 240 if I stretch my luck too far.) I haven't slept in almost 24 hours by now and I was hoping if someone could tell me what my chances are based on the situation I've given. Someone maybe who experienced something similar? Similar uworld scores and similar exam day experience? It's just for my peace of mind so I don't pull my hair out waiting for the result in 3-4 weeks!! Any help would be appreciated.

Its completely normal to feel anxious after giving the exam. Relax! Youve done your part and judging by your uwsa scores you must have aced step 1. What were your nbmes?
Can you share the materials you used for preparation and what was your strategy for the last 4 months before exam?

Marking around 8 per block is actually pretty good. So you will probably get 40 right in each block. That translates to a score of 250+.
Was all the info you needed to answer the questions in FA? If you could change something about your prep what would it be? Your input will definitely help a lot of us on the forum who are yet to answer the exam.

Thanks for your replies km188 and datson! They made me feel a lot better...I really hope you guys are right.

@km188 I didn't take the nbmes. The materials I used to study were the kaplans, pathoma, read goljan once but don't know if it helped all that much, first aid and uworld. These were the main sources I used. Apart from these I did use few other books just to supplement a few subjects that weren't given in much detail in these sources. I used high yield embryo, high yield anatomy for limbs and 100 cases of behavioral sciences. The last four months before the exam I mainly concentrated on first aid and uworld. I think these two are really the most important sources for usmle and the crux of the prep.

@datson Yes, most of the questions were pretty similar to uworld questions or had the same underlying principle or were given in first aid. There were a few questions not in either source but they were really random so I don't think most people would've gotten them right anyway. If I could change something...well I'd probably do uworld one more time, do anatomy in more detail and practice more biostatistics questions. Perhaps also take at least one nbme. That's pretty much what I would change.
