Default Henoch–Schönlein purpura Vs. Berger's

Is there any way to tell the two after (other than the palpable purpura)? Since both have IgA nephropathy following a URI.

they are associated. So is dermatitis herpetiformis (IgA) and linear IgA dermatosis. so all of them can be overlapping.
