Lungs Lung Aspiration; where does it go?

does peanut lodge in right main brochus or further? lets say right lower lobe branch of right main bronchus..

if patient aspirated a peanut while supine - apical segment of right lower lobe,

If patient is standing - basal segment of right lower lobe
