Default question - regarding heparin

i just cant remember what heparin releases from cells. just like ADH release stored vWF from cells. i rem. reading somewhere heparin releases something, i just cant remember, if somebdy could tell me ; ) . i did a rough google search but couldnt find.

heparin induces release of lipoprotein lipases bound to the surface of endothelial cells..that helps clear triglycerides....in lipoprotein lipase deficiency...this is absent causes inc triglycerides in circulation
