Kaplan Medical Kaplan Neuroscience Videos are NOT good

Just started neuro section to study. I was sooo annoyed after just few minutes spend on 1st KLN video in Neuroscience. The same Dr who gave histology lectures. I really disappointed. He is just reading slides, can't catch him as I am not that good in neuro. Please can anybody tell me is there any other videos for neuro? (without this guy :sorry
plsssssssss help:sorry:

Have you tried the Dr. Najeeb videos? I read in previous threads he does good in teaching neuro. He offered 30 hours of lectures for free before. You might want to check it out.

neuro is my 2nd weakest subject

i dedicated the past week and a half to micro (my weakest subject) using a new book (MRS)
in a couple days i will dedicate the same amount of time to neuro using another new book (HY neuroanat, bought it yesterday).

my perspective of weak areas is that you need to study them from new sources, to stimulate new thought process. I find, for myself atleast, that when i revise weak areas i do so from the same sources and i read them the same way that initially lead to them being weak, so i figure i should get another source for these subjects, that way my brain is stimulated to approach the subject in another way and more will stick.

seems to be working with micro so far, ive learned a lot in the past week.
hopefully ill be able to say the same for neuro!

Thank you, Dr. Nick! I find this very helpful. It makes perfect sense! I'll keep this in mind when I'm doing my revisions.

I am going to start working on my weak areas too next week. Good luck to us!

Wow. Is it really that bad? I see EVERYWHERE people saying they can't stand Kaplan's Neuro.

Who is the lecturer? If it's Dr. James White, then I think I have read others praising him.
