Question Prostate Cancer and Acid Phosphatase

Does acid phosphatase increase too in Prostate cancer?
wasnt it alkaline phosphatase owing to increased osteoblast activation?
Uworld says acid phosphatase is second tumour marker due to increased osteoclastic activation
