Unhappy Pretest Physiology Level of Difficulty

I found my copy of pretest from basic science today so I decided to do a few questions. I did the whole cardiology chapter and I only got 30% correct. Yet my scores for USMLERx is 70% and Kaplan Physiology is 60%.

Its been freaking me out all day because I have no idea which set of questions is similar to the USMLE.

The Pre-test series are better used for concept-building or if you want a "problem-based" learning. Don't get bothered by the score you get from it.

Among usmlerx, pre-test, and kaplan qbank, kaplan qbank reflects the usmle most.
