A six year old girl has history of recurrent life-threatening infections with coagulase positive staphylococci. WBC count 9500/uL, IgA 200 mg/dL, IgG 1800 mg/dL, IgM 250 mg/dL. Which of the following test will most likely establish the diagnosis?

A- Antibody titers against staphylococcus areus
B- NADPH oxidase test
C- Immunoelectrophoresis
D- Peripheral blood CD4 count
E- Tuberculin and candida skin test

im tempted to asnwer B but NADPH oxidase is to do with recurrent catalase + gram+ bacteria. here it says coagulase +. so is it A then?
