can any one explain to me
question 48 why not choosing A as obesity do both increase insuline resistance and decrease it secretion

Q32 why not pulmonary edema , she has no infection so how she got septic shock??

Q13 since he says that increase in bowel sounds then there is Gas production and sheigella do not produce gas so it must be choice (f) salmonella???
any one can help

13) it is shigella 'cos i think the bowel sound merely implies increased contractions, not gas...

48) yeh i think so too, has to be the downreg of receptors

y but why not salmonella , I think he mention bowel sound to indicate increase gases , there is nothing inthe question that indicate shigella more than salmonella
